About the Job:
R.Fitzgeralds Seamless Gutters is hiring for an office assistant for Monday thru Friday 9AM-5PM.
Job responsibilities include the following:
- Answering the phone.
- Replying to emails.
- Inputting information from the completed estimate sheets into computer software.
- Scheduling and routing new estimates.
- Accepting and scheduling new work orders.
- Pulling and routing work orders for the install crews next work day.
- Other miscellaneous tasks that may be offloaded by owner.
Job Details:
- Following 90 days of successful onboarding candidate will be eligible for 8 hours paid per holiday if present for the working shift before and shift after the holiday.
- (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Xmas, and New Years Day).
- Following 1 year employment 40 hours paid vacation time is accrued.
- The amount of paid vacation time continues to increase the longer the employment.
- Raises and bonuses are given yearly.
Pay rate starts from $13-$15 per hour based on experience.
